The product fails to mix correctly with my third-party microphone. Returned the item with the seller’s stamp, but I’ve had no refund or update for three weeks. The seller has been unresponsive. The issue is finally solved by Amazon A-to-z Guarantee. Caution to buyers on compatibility and its refund.

The microphones lag and the sound is terrible. Don’t waste your money.

really good system, endless options and well worth for the money. Optical in/out, HDMI in/out, Aux in/out. Oh my god best multi function mixer.

Works great. Easy to set up. The lagging from the microphone is from the digital DSP processing. Turn on Pure Direct. That will bypass the DSP and sounds correct.
