This is my go‑to eyeshadow primer. It’s lightweight and doesn’t bother my skin or eyes like other primers I’ve tried. I just pat it on, let it dry for a minute while I do my brows and lips, then apply my shadow. It stays in place all day without creasing. Great everyday primer.

ELF has not let me down on anything! This primer is amazing! I have hooded eyes and tend to get pretty intense eyeshadow creasing. This primer absolutely prevents it. I’d rather spend a few bucks on this stuff than too much on urban decays primer. It’s the same thing, in my opinion. Definitely recommend!

It does keep the shadow on longer but it is also a pain to keep clean. I use this for cut creases almost daily and I have to be extremely precise when I’m using it to not get any color on the wand and even then it’s impossible to keep it from mixing with my make up. Super easy to use and clean off but again it will 100% mix with your base.

This is the first time that I used a primer. WOW! My eyeshadow stayed on ALL DAY. No creases, no fading. I am enjoying this product.

This primer was easy to apply due to the wand. The color is okay - it creates a solid base from which to lay color. I like the base from PLouise better...but this was less expensive and I like the applicator better.

I used the eye primer and then the liquid eyeshadow.Found it too heavy and didn’t need it when using liquid eyeshadow.

This product was updated from the clear tube. I had been using the previous product for many years. I’m not as crazy about the price increase since it used to be only a $1.00. But like everything else going up in price, I’m not surprised. But I really like this! It holds my eyeshadow in place literally all day.

Seems to work well, very very light.Has a applicator makes, you still need to use fingers to smooth it out.Not very much in the tube for the price.Bought this to replace a expensive brand I'd used up, it's ok.

Hello!!! If u want ur shimmers to stay, definitely use this product!NOT greasy.The applicator it may seem creamy, so u think it might apply like a concealer, but once applied, it’s transparent.I genuinely recommend this.

This is a brilliant budget-priced item, and you get so much for your money. For me, there is a sweet spot for getting the best results, and that’s to just to use a medium amount, and slightly less than I think I need. It gives a very smooth base to apply eyeshadow to, and it helps it not to clump in the crease. Blending takes a little more work, but it’s literally a few more seconds, and it stays where you want it to be. It really does help the colour to be vibrant and true, and it gets the best out of even cheaper eyeshadows. It doesn’t perform as well as high-end brands, but there isn’t a huge amount in it, and seeing as I'd rather not throw my money away, I’d go for this one every time.

It works! Apply to eyelid, wait a few mins and then apply loose powder. I tried with eye liner and the eyeliner stays intact and does not transfer to eye lid. Also works with eye shadow. The eye shadow stays strong in colour and doesn't transfer to eyelid. I applied the product and powder over and above the eyelid. Great product for the price.
