At first I was skeptical about spending so much money on prepared dried oatmeal (in comparison to the off-Quaker brand or DIY-ing it every morning), the quality of the product impressed me and was definitely superior to any prepackaged oat mix I have had in the past. I felt full and healthy after eating them. Like most oatmeal they kept me full through the morning and were easy to eat at my desk or at home on the couch, but without having any of the sugar crashes that come from the other apple and cinnamon prepackages oats. Price is worth the quality but will likely be rotating them with my other go-to breakfasts in order to make a pouch last as long as possible. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ GREAT for Backpacking *by S***K on March 7, 2018* LOVE this oatmeal.
