Review: Not a great start but an excellent finish! - Things do not always go perfectly when ordering online. It’s how the company handles the mishaps that truly show their integrity. I ordered these for a labor cookout with my neighbors. Unfortunately three of the chairs had come apart in shipping or weren’t properly welded when made. I ordered too late to do anything before Labor Day and we couldn’t sit back in the chairs because the backs would slice through the frame. The intact chairs meet expectations and were comfortable. I contacted customer support that day and by the next day had a response apologizing and asking for a picture to verify the chairs condition. I sent a picture and they in return promptly sent replacement chairs. There was no back and forth or pleading to get the issue solved. Just a prompt and accurate solution. I definitely recommend SweetCrispy products and will do business again with them.
