Great wire, great price
There is something about this wire that makes me buy it again and again, and makes me feel like it’s a great value! it’s pure copper strands and it feels, looks solid and as good as anything I ever bought for the sound transmission The cover is thick, but the wire is still flexible. Looks professional and the white looks better than the old school copper look. Getting the protective sleeve off is a bit of challenge but for me it’s worth it. Have a utility knife, wire strippers and if you have weaker hands, a pair of pliers or something to grip it with to remove from covering wires. It’s worth the effort to me as the results feel solid I use this with my higher end vintage M&K, Sansui, Pioneer, Timeframe, and other amps, speakers and to my ears, it delivers simple, clean sound at a great price. Don’t buy the hype, buy good wire and call it a day. This 14 gauge even works well with clip posts like on my Sansui 9090DB. 👌 Only thing I would do different, buy the 200ft if you are hooking up Atmos or have multiple equipment. This is my third 100ft in as many months, Lol

Better than expected
Worked exactly as described. Good quality, good price, and suits my needs perfectly. It actually worked out even better than I expected. Very happy with the purchase.

Great OFC for the price
Used several hundred feet of this wire for my media room, quality is solid and wire jacket feels great. Strand count is decent but for the price is fantastic. It makes my speakers make noise, what more do you want? Would buy again.

High quality wire for cheap!
Very high quality and durable speaker wire for a great price. It’s pretty stiff but no complaints.

No-Nonsense Cable, Highly Recommended
Does what it's supposed to, and does it well. It was purchased as an inexpensive experiment to run my subwoofer's high-level inputs with the same speaker cables/lengths as those connecting the main speakers. This meant replacing the thicker, more expensive cables I've been happy with for years. Several variables changed at once, so I can't say this cable is better or worse than the Canare 4s11 that I was using. But the entire system is improved with this configuration, with no loss of sound quality from the main speakers and much better subwoofer integration. Strangely, as an aside, the FFT and RTA graphs no longer show a depression in the 300-800 Hz range with this cable. This has nothing to do with the subwoofer connection method, so can speaker cables really change the tuning of a system? Somehow, the interaction of this Amazon Basics cable with my speakers and amplifier did exactly that. I will never advocate spending stupid money on cables marketed with snake oil, but after this experiment, I can recommend trying various cables of reasonable quality/price to see if any play more or less nicely with your particular equipment. The only downside is I'd prefer a more flexible jacket around the twisted cables, but sound-wise, my Vincent / Aerial Acoustics / Martin Logan combo has never been happier.

Very high quality for the price!
Amazing quality and the red and black wires make it a breeze to install on positive and negative terminals!

High quality wire, just wish there was a shorter/cheaper length option
Running about 25ft of this to a KEF Q1 Meta paired with a Wiim amp, and sound quality comes through clean with no noticeable signal loss or interference. 14-gauge and oxygen-free copper construction feels like a genuine step up in build quality compared to cheaper speaker wire. Only real complaint is the 100ft length, wish there was a 50ft option at a lower price point since not everyone needs the full run. Would still buy again just for the quality, just wish the shorter length existed as an option.

Thick, Sturdy, and Your Speakers’ New Best Friend
If your speakers could talk, they’d thank you for giving them OFC copper instead of sad aluminum. This 14‑gauge wire is thick, sturdy, and a little stiff—think of it as the linebacker of speaker wires. It’s great for home theaters, mid‑range runs, and anyone who likes their audio clear, crisp, and not whispering through tiny wires. Just don’t try hiding it in your walls unless you like flirting with building codes, and maybe keep scissors handy—this wire doesn’t strip itself. Overall: solid performance, zero drama, and your ears will be happy. Color white.

Reliable Performance Wrapped in Practical Design
I recently picked up the Amazon Basics 14-Gauge Speaker Audio Wire (100ft), and it’s proven to be a solid choice for both casual setups and more refined audio configurations. The wire arrives neatly wound on a sturdy plastic spool, which makes dispensing and storage refreshingly hassle-free. It’s a small detail, but one that speaks to thoughtful design—especially when you’re threading cable through tight corners or behind furniture. The wire itself feels durable yet flexible, with a clear plastic jacket that doesn’t kink easily. One side is marked with a black line for polarity, which makes installation straightforward even for beginners. I used it to connect bookshelf speakers to a mid-range AV receiver, and the sound quality was clean and consistent. No noticeable signal degradation, no interference—just crisp audio that lets your equipment shine. While it’s not oxygen-free copper (it’s copper-clad aluminum), the performance is more than adequate for most home theater or stereo applications. If you're chasing audiophile perfection, you might want to invest in pure copper, but for the price and convenience, this wire punches above its weight. It’s especially useful for longer runs where cost and flexibility matter more than microscopic fidelity. Overall, it’s a dependable product that does exactly what it promises. Whether you're wiring up a living room or tweaking a garage sound system, this speaker wire delivers clean signal transmission with zero drama.

I do not think we can get better product in this price
using this cable for my 5.1.4 home theatre system with Klipsh speakers connected to Denon AVR-X4500H. Once you connect it then forget. This is once n for all. No need to worry about losing signals from AVR to speakers. I highly recommend this rather than breaking your bank for overly priced cables from other brands.
