Love this stool but I can't figure out how to lower the seat now and there are no instructions anywhere. It is most likely user error on my part, but i went ahead and subtracted a star for the sticky substance all over the cental frame pole.

Easy to put together together and looks just like picture

I received the package and it looks like it’s been used. Very dirty and dusty, there are scratches everywhere. The air rod came it a plastic package and the way it looks in the picture is how I pulled it out of the box (it was open). The base has scratches on it. The seat has scratches and dents. And the wheels don’t match the colour of the rest of the chair. It’s a different gold. This is unreal as it was not cheap and it’s advertised as brand new.
