Never really write reviews but had to for this purchase. Ordered online due to the lockdown and didn't want to go into the shop! I was told previously by many people not to order online as bugs are not always alive when delivered and can be bad quality or less in pack than stated but to my surprise every roach was still alive and all were really good sizes! Really happy with purchase, thank you.

Staple food for my bearded dragon. I always re order from here . Good mixture of male and female if you wanted to start your own colony. Healthy and a good size . Packed well too

This came within a couple of days of ordering, despite amazon telling me it would take a week. Unfortunatly I don't seem to have as much good luck as other buyers. 6 of 80 came dead and the only living male adult (1 dead) but looks pretty battered, fingers crossed he makes it! Though I am fully aware I am paying for "large" roaches and not "adult" so I can't make any complaints about that, just hoping some younger ones are male too. My only real issue was the baby crickets/locusts that came with. In one container, a dead one, in 2 others, a live one in each. I managed to catch one but one I didn't notice and is now living with my roaches. I get roaches to avoid dealing with jumping and escaping insects, so unfortunatly now I can look forward to a baby cricket/locust making its way into my house when I go to feed the roaches or my beardie.

One of the 80 has an issue and is dying or disabled. I was gonna try to nurse it back to health but thought better and have dispatched it for the good of the crew. I ordered large because I was hoping for a few weeks of training before they began their careers, but I have quite a few adults here so we commenced the Roach Races early. A bonus because Thor has already won my money back and enough extra to feed them for a few weeks while the others get gains.

This provider of roaches has been my go-to for over a year just for feeding my Crested Gecko. I have recently decided to move my chameleon, scorpion and 2 tarantulas over to these dubias instead of Locusts and it's been a dream for me. Dubia Roaches are the perfect feeder for most insectivores since they are easy to gut-load and aren't very messy. They are easy to clean since their only mess is really from their poop which can be cleaned by tilting the pen, and then hoovering what falls, also they are practically odourless, especially when compared to the very smelly locusts.
