Beautiful sofa, easy to assemble, very comfortable, and looks great in my living room. It arrived on time, and I'm very happy with this purchase.

Bought this couch for my 1 bedroom apartment and it fits perfectly in the living room. Came in 2 large heavy boxes and was delivered earlier than expected date. Instructions were a little confusing at times but video was helpful and was overall easy to assemble with 2 people, took us max 1.5 hours to put together. Overall have had the couch for 1 month and been using it daily and have been loving it. The back cushions were a little thin but I stuffed them with extra padding and they are perfect now. The couch is stiff but I personally like that and it has been softening the more I sit on it. USB on the side works. The bed functions is extremely useful, it’s a little finicky to pull out but the size is great. Have slept on it a few times myself and have family members visit and sleep on it, all of us have found it roomy and comfortable. Overall this is a great couch for the price and am super happy with my purchase.

This was definitely what I expected. However, it was difficult finding the instruction manual I found it. I did appreciate the QR code to watch the video on how to set up the couch by hand. There were some missing products for better pieces that were not the same as the one showing in the video I believe that I should be interested. I was able to build the entire couch. But there are definitely some items that did not belong where they are.

Absolutely trash. Cheap materials thin like cardboard. Shorter than they state the size isn’t correct. Customer service was terrible and slow close to non existent. Save your money buy something off marketplace or any furniture store we learned never buy furniture off amazon. Amazon couldn’t refund our money cause the seller is a third party and not Amazon . Really makes me want to delete Amazon. Really frustrated with everything to do with this couch and the company and frustrated with Amazon who should take care of the situation if I could I’d take this crap drop it off for return . This is a WARNING DO NOT BUY THIS TRASH!!!!

Very cheap made for the price paid. Not at all comfortable. Should have save up more money and bought something better.

Building this couch took my boyfriend and his uncle hours to do due to the instructions not being clear. The instructions were super vague and didn’t help that this couch had a bunch of pieces to it. The charger station is a nice touch but overall the couch is really hard. You’ll need some comforters and pillows to make it feel nicer but for $500 you’re literally getting your moneys worth. I would recommend just saving and getting a better quality couch. I’ll more than likely buy a different couch when I move. It’s also smaller than it seems on pictures.
