Love this mat. It's long, thick and very cushioning when using for floor exercises. Color is just as pictured. The strap is a little janky, but other than that it's great!!!

Finally, a yoga mat that's thick enough to make up for my complete lack of glutes. My tailbone relief alone is worth a 5-star review. Great color selection, rolls up well despite being this thick, and full size to allow just about any routine to be practiced comfortably. The odor isn't strong at all right out of the box and dissipates within minutes. Overall outstanding quality.

My wife loves this mat for her Pilates. The thickness is super thick, and it feels very sturdy and supportive — way more comfortable than thinner mats, especially for knees and elbows. It also comes with a strap, which makes it easy to roll up and carry or store. As of right now I don’t have any negatives at all. The only thing I can say is I’m just hoping it lasts and holds up over time, because we plan to use it a lot. So far though, it feels very well-made and we’re happy with it.

Thicker is better for comfort i was told & its true. Fome is sturdy & supportive, soft at the same time. Good product 👌

I bought this mat for my physical therapy exercises and I love it! It is an inch thick of foam rubber and I really appreciated this extra padding because I have a hardwood floor. Very supporting! It conveniently rolls up and goes into my closet when I'm done, and it comes with an elastic strap with a carry handle that slips over the mat once it is rolled up for easy transport. I've had this mat for three months now, and so far no signs of wear (eg, tearing, cracking or crumbling of the rubber foam). I would have given this mat five stars, but my one complaint is that the 24" width is a little too narrow for me. Another 6" would have been great. The tradeoff is that it would have been less convenient to carry.

A wonderfully thick, spongy mat for my old knees. New to yoga and I needed a mat to protect my knees and such. This mat is PERFECT. 1 inch foam gives great comfort and I highly recommend

The thickness of this mat and the density of the foam make this the best mat I’ve ever owned. I love mine so much that I came back and bought another one for my husband. We’ve both been working out for about 37 years, and we’ve gone through tons of workout mats. I will use this one until it wears out (many years down the road) and then buy a new one just like it. At our age, the more cushioning the better for our knees, hips, wrists and shoulders. I’ve been having a lot of wrist pain during plank routines, and this mat helps so much that I can start back up doing workouts I had quit doing due to wrist pain. The large size and extra width of this mat are great for floor-based legwork and mat-based pilates. I wear tennis shoes on this mat and do not “baby” it. I’ve had no issues with cracking. The material is like “memory foam” in that it compacts down some while still supporting the areas where pressure is applied. Then, over the next few minutes after you get off of it, it springs back up to its original flat position. Worth every penny!

Love the 1" thickness. Makes floor exercise much more pleasant. Probably wouldn't want to take it to a class as its pretty big and bulky but perfect for home use.

According to the description and photos it should be teal, it was clearly black, on the photos in was mentioned that it will be including the carry stripe, it was also not there or I have not seen it

Thick, padded!! Good support for tailbone cushion during sit-ups, crunches, and ab workouts, reduce pressure and discomfort while exercising. nice mat. Time will tell if it’s durable. Shipping was super fast. Amazon is Amazing…
