Perfect for what I needed it for.
I bought this for after my 72hr fast. It's good for what it is. I didn't have the issue of it turning into a "muddy clump" at the bottom. You must use boiling water, measure out the proper ratio of water to powder, and its fine. I also occasionally stirred it between sips, which im sure helped. It is a little gritty but thats really no issue to me. The flavor most certainly could be a little stronger but again, it was no issue to me. I purchased the Italian Herbs, garlic and turmeric flavor and I think it tastes great. Nothing bad from my experience, very likely to purchase again but will try other flavors to see how they compare.

Just okay....
Not what I was expecting. Been a sipping broth fan for a while and this mixture is more thick and lacks flavor.

Disappointing
Way too much sediment that doesn’t dissolve - leaves you with a watered down broth and then the last bit is grainy and chunky with the all the left over sediment. Flavor was okay but because it didn’t dissolve it was either not enough or too much in every sip. I will stick to Millie’s.

We have just received this product for our hotel and our guests are all raving about it. They want it for breakfast and many now want it in their rooms. Great product, you must try it.

More of a watery soup than a broth.
Way too much sediment in this to be fit for my purposes. With Green juice and veg broth fasting, being pulp/sediment free is essential. This "broth" has mung bean powder thaat's undissolvable and thick. After straining, barely over 1/2 the cup has broth left. I found the taste good (not sure why others didn't) and the sodium is not too high. If you do not care about sediment, fine. At over $2/serving though, you might look elsewhere.

Tasted at the show, really enjoyed it. Needed to have more to enjoy. It light, and delicious. Great for every family member.

doesn't dissolve well
This broth powder tastes really good. But it doesn't really dissolve much and gives the drink a powdery texture. I probably won't buy this again because the texture kind of kills it for me.
