I drank one a day in the morning. The taste was bearable but not great. I know that it's not a smoothie, but the taste is not the best. It did help with my cleanse though, and combined with some healthy food, I feel that it helped me feel better and lighter. I would probably buy more if it was not so expensive. The large bottle is $100 unfortunately. I know that it comes from Japan, but really? $100? It is liquid gold?
