Overall, the quality is good; it looks well-made, and the case is pretty sturdy. The sound quality is okay for a semi-in-ear type. The main problem here is the flawed design. They are not designed for exercise, of course, but unless you are completely static, they will eventually move. When you try to adjust them, the super-sensitive touch controls will be activated, and you'll end up skipping or pausing whatever you're listening to, or even increasing/decreasing the volume. It's so annoying because the controls are in the worst possible place, right on top of it, so it's really hard to avoid touching them. It's possible to change or turn off the touch-sensitive controls using the app, but then there is no point, since having the controls easily accessible is one of the main characteristics of this type of product. I like TOZO products, but this is simply not useful.

I have some somewhat expensive, great quality earbuds that I use the majority of the time. I needed a backup pair to use occasionally and for when family needs some (to keep their ear wax off mine! Lol). Because of their low price and the decent looking features, I gave these a try.My expectations were not too high but to my surprise, when I first used them, the sound quality was on par with my other earbuds. And the noise cancellation was surprisingly good. Also appreciative of the clear voice quality when on calls.I still prefer the others for my regular personal use, but these are an exceptional second pair!

These red coloured T21 are so cool. I grabbed the TOZO T21 earbuds, and honestly, they’re pretty great for the price. They’re comfy and don’t fall out during workouts, which is a big win. The sound is decent too, with nice bass and clear mids—definitely better than expected for a budget pair. The battery life is awesome! I get around 6 hours on the buds, and the case holds enough charge to last about 50 hours in total. Plus, they’re waterproof, so no worries if it rains or I sweat a lot. For the price, these earbuds really do the job well!I also have the teal colour in the same design and the navy T20. I bought a normal teal coloured pair so they wouldn’t go too deep inside my ear and that I could be more aware of my surroundings. And I picked up a navy pair with added inner ear parts, so I could block out the noise better at the gym. rstly, I have to say, the sound quality is impressive right out of the box. It's smooth and rich, making every song a pleasure to listen to. Plus, with a battery life of 9.5 hours per charge, I rarely find myself reaching for the charger.After using over ear for a long time, these were a refreshing change and it hardly feels like I'm wearing them! Great display that tells you battery life.

Mama always said, less is more. She probably owned these ear buds. I rarely write reviews for products but I would be remiss to not offer a few remarks about my new TOZO Tonal Fits.First, if you are like me and cursed with unnaturally small ear canals or lobe geometry that simply won't hold an ear bud in to save your life, this is your buy. I've been looking for a "step-up" ear bud for the past seven years to replace my original 1st generation Apple Air Pods which always sat happily in my ear with little fuss. After sampling several disastrous noise-canceling competitor products which are almost entirely of the "in the canal" variety, I finally just took a crap shoot on the most affordable of the bunch on a coworker's recommendation and ended up with these.All I can say these check ALL the boxes for me. They're lightweight, comfortable, they let me move my head more than five degrees without falling out. I can smile, laugh, crunch potato chips, and take a walk afterwards without fidgeting with these or getting down on all fours trying to fish a lost ear bud that tumbled out and rolled under the sofa during a conference call at work. Best of all, the audio quality is very solid.I definitely recommend downloading the TOZO app, which is also very well engineered. It gives you very fine EQ control over the sound and lets you customize the touch actions of the ear buds. Like the Apple pods, these activate when you remove them from the case and put them in your ear. They also have location tracking (optionally enabled from the app) in the unfortunate event they are misplaced or lost.The digital battery readout on the case is very nice and takes the guess work out as to how close you are to needing a charge up (no more ghetto green/orange LEDs).My only mini-gripe is the noise cancelling is kind of a side car feature with these buds since they do not seal to your ear canal (which is what I was trying to avoid anyway), but for buds that rest in the ear, they do a half-decent job and drop a fair bit of ambient background noise.My chief complaint is that the plastic material used for the casing, while durable enough, looks and feels a bit cheap. It does not inspire the quality that these buds actually possess. A harder glossier shell would have been a better choice similar to those used by competing products rather than this dull flat finish which you expect to find on a child's sippy cup.In electronics, you intuitively expect the more something costs, the better the product. In this product space, you're paying for branding not quality. On quality, the TOZO buds deliver without breaking the bank or leaving your wallet on fire. Best of all, they deliver on sound - in your ears where they stay without falling out.Thank you, TOZO for not following the mindless herd on your competitors' next-generation buds which are nothing short of overpriced disasters.
