The formula is a bit greasy if you have oily skin, but the formula stays in place and doesn't dry out. Moreover, even the shimmer shades are smooth, lightweight, and pigmented for the price. HUGE discrepancy in quality. See specifics below. FIVE STARS- The first part of this review is for the set of shadows that have the barrel matching the shade, and the shades are kind of pinks, purples, browns. These shadow sticks DO NOT MOVE once you’ve applied them. They do not fade, they do not crumble, they do not smudge. Incredibly easy to apply, I don’t even need to use primer first. ONE STAR- This second section of the review is for the shadow sticks with the black barrel, and the colors include black, silver, blue. These are weakly pigmented and oily, creasing and fading within literal minutes of application even with Urban Decay’s Primer Potion.
