It's perfect for my very many pills (some of them large). I had been worried about the ease of filling because of the individual daily "pods" but I just flip all the lids open when I fill weekly, then snap them all closed. Easy peasy. I am very pleased with this purchase though! I love that it comes in a case so I can place stickers on it if I want. I like that the days can be taken out if you need to carry with you for the day or take overnight you don't have to take the entire case. It's almost big enough they could have made a third storage slot would be nice for misc pills "PRN". The closures are secure and a nice quality. I have received compliments because it doesn't look like a pill case. The color Is perfect as described. Very well made and whatever It is made out of is smooth. So far this has held up longer than any other pill case I have purchased.
