Highly disappointed!!
I purchased this item with high hopes, but unfortunately, it arrived defective. Right out of the box, it did not function as advertised. I followed all setup instructions, but it failed to work properly. Plzz dont buy any of product from this seller..

I bought the phone in good faith then the battery needed to be replaced which did and delve replaced and since then they returned the phone and now battery lasts 5 hours best and now starting getting very hot again

I'm Disabled so my phone is A BIG HELP TO ME!! THE face recognition doesn't work it keeps saying there is no sim and really feeling let down and WISH I HAD THE MONEY TO BUY ANOTHER NOTE AND BETTER MODEL THE ULTRA S21.. HOWEVER I DONT IM KINDA STUCK TILL I SAVE TO BUY A NEW ONE & HAVING TO USE MY CARERS PHONE... ITS ALOT OF MONEY FOR ME & I STILL DONT HAVE A PHONE that works fully & I'm struggling as I really rely on technology to help me. I'm feeling very let down!!

No sim removal tool, and charging lead doesn't work
The phone arrived in a jiffy bag inside a brown box. There was no SIM card removal tool. It was only charged at 16% so put it on charge for 2 hours while I went out. It hadn't charged at all. I swapped the supplied lead into my original phone and that wasn't charging either. I have used my original phone charger and lead to charge it now, but it took another 2 hours to fully charge. So far I haven't tested it out as I forgot to get a memory card, and I need to obtain a SIM card removal tool. I'm hoping it will work ok as it hasn't been the best of starts to using a ' as new, in excellent condition' phone
