Review: Great body pillow! - Great size and the fluffy is just right! I think it's a great value. I am 5'5" and can hug this while also using it to keep my legs apart optimally, right down to my ankles. It is exactly what I wanted! Recovering from hip replacement surgery and this helps me stay in the correct position while I sleep. It doesn't seem cooling but doesn't seem hot either. The length is just right and the thickness too. Seemed too wide at first but after using it a few days, I really love it! So far seems good quality, who cares about color when you can get cases galore? I'm not going to wash it till I have to so no comment there either. As far as pain relief, not sure it helped that, but it has helped with surgery recovery so overall has helped my pain.
