GeeekPi Dual FPC PCIe HAT
I needed to split the RasPi5 PCE1 into two channels. The Dual FPC Hat gave me a way to insert a PCIe switch into the path and let the OS (Ubuntu) take over from there. I added another PCIe hat with a WiFi7 Intel chip and was able to use lspci -v to verify everything was working as anticipated. I'm waiting for a 2 slot NVMe hat to arrive in a few days to complete the build. GeekPi is one of my goto sites and they have not let me down so far. Based on their service and the quality of parts I've received, I give them the ceremonious 5 star rating. Good job GeekPi Pete

Good price and does what it says it’ll do.
It’s your typical raspberry pi hat. It slides on the GOIO pins easily, height adjustment is quick and easy, the ribbon cables are a good usable length, price is not bad for what it does.

Great!
had one PCIE slot that was bad, but otherwise worked.

YMMV
I wanted to put this under an m.2 ssd hat, but it will not boot from the nvme. am keeping it, but is is meh

It is great, it's slim so all interfaces from main board are accessable.
This will give me two PCIe devices. One will be an NVME SSD 1TB boot and the other will allow 4 SATA drives, might replace the stock power supply to support 4 SATA drives. Thank You for a great product.

Works great with my 8gb RPI 5
This item was received for free, however, this review is 100% honest and unbiased. Great expansion board for my RPI 5, looks and feels high quality, and the packaging arrived a bit... flat but no damage to the board or any components so, not the seller's fault really. It came with Qty 4 FPCs, screws posts, and even a screw driver, my installation was easy, just make sure the Pi connector is facing the correct way, also the pi connector is a flip-style one compared to the HAT 1,2,3,4 are pull. I'm only using a single PCIe hat on my RPI5 but likely will be getting a second one since it made it so easy to stack'em

Gen 2 speed. Gen 3 not recommended.
I wasn't sure if I connected it properly, because it didn't show signs of life until I plugged in an nvme card rated at 7200 MB/s. It's running at 425.89 MB/s

This is a decent dual PCIe HAT for Raspberry Pi 5 that seems well-constructed and works as expected without issues. It provides 2 PCIe interfaces which are exactly what I needed although initially I was contemplating whether to get the dual or quad version. It comes with everything I need (2x 8.5x40/8.5x60 mm FFC cables and screws/standoffs) and the installation and setup is no more complicated than any other although certain amount of patience might be required at times when dealing with the FFC cables. Note that this uses ASM1182e chip and depending upon your specific setup, you might need to update the firmware in order for the NVMe SSD to boot since they are sitting behind a PCIe packet switch. Also keep in mind that the way packet switching works is like a splitter of sorts. As such, available bandwidth is equally divided between 2 the PCIe devices if they were to be accessed simultaneously. ≡ Value All things considered, this is a decent dual PCIe HAT for Raspberry Pi 5 that's well-constructed and works as expected without issues. It's reasonably priced at $32 for what it provides and its overall build quality, usability, versatility, and performance.

I really like this expansion board for RP5 from GeeekPi/52Pi! Build quality is borderline spectacular with a premium expansion board and 4 x FPCs included. The board is thick and clearly labelled and all necessary mounting hardware (posts, screws, even a teeny screwdriver) included. Installation was effortless thanks to the excellent instructions. Please note that the "From PI" connector is a flip up style, whereas the "TO HAT1" and "TO HAT2" connectors are pull-out style - so don't get them mixed up! Highly recommended as an easy way to expand your PCIe HATs on RP5!
