Renogy 100 Watt Solar Panel N-Type, 16BB 25% High-Efficiency

Solar panel is OK, makes electricity... It came with the incorrect brackets, for a much larger panel. Now I will be making my own mounting system. I reached out to Renogy, after collecting every detail of my life, they said, not our problem, Amazon's problem. Thing is, Amazon's only "solution" is a return, which is a hassle, this is not a small item. Renogy does not support the product, and includes brackets, but not brackets that can be used. Amazon needs to try harder to truly treat the customer like a customer. Grrr

Renogy Panels are great however I don’t appreciate the games played buying though Amazon. I bought 4 panels months ago and attempted to by 4 more identical panels. They were listed as the same on Amazon. However, RSP200D panels are not the same as RSP200DC panels. The panels are incompatible in size and operating voltages. The D is a 12volt panel and the DC is a true 24volt panel. I am thinking about returning as they are advertised incorrectly. How easy it would be for consumers if the advertisement listed actual part numbers and didn’t simply list as identical.

I am going to warn everyone and i don't write bad reviews ever. Everything from this company is junk. I have the wander controller doesn't work over charges the batteries to 16v . so i bought the rover didn't work either so i sent it bacl because i just got so frustrated trying to trouble shoot it all. The inverter eats more power even in a resting state than it will put out and the bt function doesn't work either. or atleast i could find the software to make it work. These panels are useless i have four in a 2p2s wiring in full sun at 12 noon i get tops 250 watts, and if there is even a leaf on them it cuts that almost in half. fyi the two temu 100 watt panels i gave away did bettter than four of these. the battery amg's 100 ah. ahh they are ok but drain pretty quick for the load i was putting on them. the app is useless especially if you wanna be off grid, you need internet to use it. who off grid has internet unless you have starlink i started off buying renogy stuff because i saw it on youtube and thought it would be great. let me tell you it was a nightmare i ended up buying all new victron stuff(which is plug and play) except the renogy panels which i have been using but intend to switch out very soon. be aware i am not a beginner, i was when i started but after almost a year of playing around with this stuff and alot of research, i am quite knowledgeable about this stuff. and what i will say about this company overall is the only thing that i was pleased with was the panel mounts but i could fab them myself. do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for solar products. dont end up like me with a whole system that does produce and or perform as other do. i have about 1500 dollars worth the crap from them i won't ever use now. i know some people love this company but i am gonna state right now there are far better options out there for sure.

Was 5 stars, worked great for years, but 4+ years later it no longer works. Barely delivers 1W with crystal clean glass, full sunlight and MPPT converter.

I purchased 5 of these panels in 2025. 2 out of five are now dead junk. Another 2 are only at 20% of rated output of 200 watts. Only 1 panel is still working. I recently purchased 3 more panels, before realizing the problems in the original panels. I called and talked with the company and was given a run around. They said they would contact me but this never happened. What a misleading company. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK. You will get no support, from the manufacture Renogy or Amazon. It's a get what you get. Hundreds down the hole!

Four out of nine panels failed. Poor welds and bad quality control. Don't waste your time and money. Better panels available elsewhere.

Arrived damaged. I bought 2 of them both show open loop when testing the wires on the panel themselves, got them all installed only to find my renogy rover eas showing night mode, tested at the wires that go into the rover mo voltage only and open circuit. Pulled the panel connectors down the line until I got to the panels themselves which show and open loop. Not very happy, Amazon won't let me exchange and I've emailed renogy with no response. Since I bought these from the official renogy Amazon store here I expect proper professionalism, instead I'm ignored.

Ordered these new from Amazon's site after reading many reviews. I was cautious as the large number of negative comments about the lack of support from Renogy. Therefore, I made a small order of just 2 brand new panels. Received the two 200 watt panels just a few days after ordering. I ordered these as a test to build a much larger system. A) The first test was the speed and delivery of a $500+ order. PASSED units arrived quickly on UPS. B) The second test was the shipping packaging and shipping damage: Units arrived in undamaged packaging and initial unpacking photos I took show no physical damage or rough handling. C) The third test was first to check the panels output according to their specifications. 1) Open circuit voltage while exposed to noon sun. Spec: 36 V: FAILED. First unit test was Perfect and right on spec. Second unit tested was Exactly half the spec at 18 V open circuit. STOP Testing there as no point in continuing with 50% failure right out of the box. It was obvious that the unit left the factory with either a failure in Production Quality Control or a faulty connection that separated during normal shipping and handling. A broken connection / open circuit in series voltage stack was an internal issue not fixable on site. I stopped and opened a Case with Renogy listing the problem in detail with photos of units and photos of test equipment and readings. That is where the delays and the problem with continuing my relationship with Renogy for further purchase started. It has not been 3 weeks of going back and forth with their Support department to get a replacement. I now have an "order number" that is 6 days old and no sign of an actual order in their system matching my order number or any sign of being shipped a replacement. Building my entire 10KW system with Renogy would be foolish with poor and unreliable support. This makes build a system with Renogy components a huge risk of having a system that is partially or totally down with no recourse but to suffer the unreliability of your system due to poor support. Renogy Support is horrible and if you have a problem with the system... Be prepared to have your system down for a long time or perhaps, never get any fix or replacement at all.

*Uso con Bluetti ACL200* Sinceramente, había entrado al mundo de los paneles solares como un entusiasta quien no sabía nada y tenía miedo con respecto a las especificaciones y conexiones de los aparatos con los paneles. Este producto me convenció que es mas fácil de lo que pensé. Son fáciles de conectar, sin necesidad de conectar un adaptador, extensor, etc. Trabajan bastante bien e inclusive cuando baja la luz solar. Cargan una unidad de 2000 watts en 5-6 horas y además funcionan como ups.
