I am happy with this company, the product and customer support. Being new at hydroponics, I called in to help with assembly. One of the leds needed replacement due to a faulty connector. I spoke with Jensen and he sent me a replacement led wand and it fixed the problem. He went beyond to walk me though the process, answered all my questions and sent me some extra supplies to insure my success . He also followed up to make sure I wasn’t having any further problems. The tower is well made which was a nice surprise because it was priced below similar towers. The pump and timers work well and were easy to setup. It has been growing well and the Swiss Char and Kale and lettuce are outpacing my outside fall garden. I give Alto Gardens 5 stars and Jensen and the Company 6 stars. Very satisfied!

This is an amazing product. The instructions are easy, the tower works very well, and I had plants growing in just a few weeks! It is so nice growing food without pesticides indoors in WI in February!!! I researched a lot of hydroponics and am glad I went with this company. No subscriptions, very friendly customer service, readily available parts like extra baskets. I recommend this tower to everyone thinking about getting into hydroponics!

I love this tower! I’ve always wanted one and I finally got one. My greens grew like crazy and now I’m dedicating it to strawberries 🍓 Once you set it up, and that was a challenge in itself - not hard - just not all the directions - it runs like clockwork and the plants are thriving. It’s a great NFT system and I’ll get another once I can expand. At this point I’ve made my dining room into my grow space

I am more than pleased with the Alto Garden hydroponic tower. It is sturdily built and I love the casters so you can easily move it. Once filled with water (about 10 gallons) you definitely want to move it by the base. Set up was pretty easy, but you will want to watch the video and follow instructions to make it easier. With that being said, I did have a minor issue and sent them an email. Within an hour or so, they responded and went way above and beyond to get everything straight. I wish I could give customer service higher that 5 stars. They were absolutely fantastic! Their website contains a lot of valuable info about growing hydroponically. Anything from starting seeds properly, pH, when to transplant to the tower... nearly everything you need to know. Everything is automatic with the timers (watering and light) and totally adjustable for you needs. The wonderful thing about the Alto Garden, is that is does not require an app or any kind of subscription service like others that are required to run at full potential. That is a huge plus! When we get closer to spring, I am planning on getting a few more towers for outside use without light kits. Yes, I love this tower that much. It is simple and easy to use. I already have it mostly planted and they are doing fantastically.

I did a lot of research before making this purchase. The price point was great since the only other one I was interested in was double the price. I love it so much I may purchase another one. I make a glass of green juice daily and where I live it is difficult and expensive to find organic greens. This will be perfect, no pesticides no bugs. Around here planting outside does not work what with the drought and every critter trying to eat anything they can find. I finally gave up on gardening but then I saw a hydrophobic set up and now I can garden again. The customer service is top notch, they immediately responded to any questions. This garden is so easy to set up and use I highly recommend it.

I’m giving it a solid four, but don’t waste money on the grow light set. You look at it wrong and connections come loose on the prongs which go into the power unit and into the second bar of lights. Just get the tower. That’s the solid part. Works well. Timer for the watering pump is easy. Putting it together isn’t easy UNLESS you watch the video. Don’t be me. I just got it a couple weeks ago, so I can’t attest to longevity yet.

I love my Alto Garden. All of my plants have done exceedingly well. The company is very responsive to the customers' needs and will assist with any questions. I've had mine for nearly two years and have mostly grown a lot of greens. They are tender and delicious. Everyone who sees my tower in full bloom is blown away by how amazing and healthy the plants look. I highly recommend this product!

We only added seedlings to our garden recently so I don't know how well the plants will grow, I will update this review at that time. While this company presents itself as American, the product appears to be made in China. The instructions clearly were not written by a native English speaker and are outright incorrect in places. It states that there is a 10-gallon tank, after adding 5 gallons of water, the water level meter reads that it is over full. Thank God we measured the water as we put it in or we would have no idea how much of the two plant foods to add. The online video contradicts the manual, each is wrong in different parts. They ask you to balance the pH, but give you nothing to do so. Building the tower was fairly intuitive, but the instructions, again, are sketchy. From an engineering standpoint they made a few odd choices (wing nut on wing nuts, no stops on the threaded poles or recommended pole lengths at top and bottom), and they could save the user a lot of trouble by putting build steps in a better order. ie; thread the hose as you build, be sure the poles aren't twisting as you build. Some undocumented parts are included. Bonus was a clip-on grow light that I did not expect, but there are also other pieces with no description. There is no app and the timers are quite 1980s. Ididn't take off stars for no app, as I was aware of that when I bought it.
