Over 150h and 1.5km of filament and id say its well worth the money one thing i must say is do not rush setting up ur machine take your time and read the included booklets ensure everything is correct and as it should be (shipping companies are not always very nice to your packages they may get damaged in shipping) if you've done that you should be in for a good time printing only thing im not a big fan of is the rear mounted filament holder but u can print one that hangs off the side in about 4h or a stand alone one in about 6h on ad5m pro

I had purchased two printers from a different company on here and both had constant issues and I had to return both. Then I got this.. All I can say is WOW. It is so easy and user friendly. Straight forward pretty much from out of the box. I love that it's enclosed, super quiet. We are printing while watching tv. There is two doors to enter the printer, top and side. It didnt fit a spool of filament that was super small but I just printed a hook that attaches to it. The bed raises up and down so really no problems with bed levelling and foolling around with settings. The internal camera only works with one of the two slicer programs that comes with it. If you use Orca slicer you can't monitor the camera from the printer. A mild workaround. The FlashPrint 5 Slicer is simple to use, and you can see the camera from the computer but limited settings. That being said, I have been able to do all I need with it. There is no app to control remotely, but I have attached a smart plug on it to shut it off if things go wrong. (which it hasn't needed to do). I am utterly delighted with this printer. Great for newbies and people who don't like to tinker and just want their prints to work the first time.

5 stars for kid friendly, adult approved, fun... Set up is super easy., DO NOT USE THE MOBILE APP!!! 1. Open the box, 2. Set up the printer, 3. Watch 400 videos to figure it out, 4. Download the correct software 5. start printing. We are on day 1 of prints ( day 4 of having it out of the box and messing with the mobile app. I fully recommend going with the AD5X vs. The Adventure 5m pro. From pictures and advertisements it looks like you can print multi-color, with 5m Pro. but it is a single color filament printer. In fact, the 5m pro requires manual changes of colors to print in multi color, though the advertisements show very colorful prints. We were devastated by this. I wish we would have paid attention, before ordering. Additionally we purchased during prime day i. October and were purchasing as a Christmas gift for kids, so we were well outside the return window, or we would returned it for the AD5X version. There are a few notes to the next buyer, looking for your 1st 3d printer. 1. Stop messing with the mobile app. It is useless and I only had errors for 3 days before moving on to the home computer or laptop. After watching several videos and drpping the mobile spp, we download to computer, the "flashmsker" by flashforge software, Then, we were on our way.. This software is what you need to upload the prints, slices, and create a file that will load to the unit, for printing. 2. Order extra filament, day 1. The flash forge is nice, in that, you can tell it what filament type you are using and it will do the job for you, as it pertains to heat and configuration. All of this can be done in the software. So easy to use. 3. There are a ton of websites to download free STL files, or if there is a very specific print or you are trying to ecommerce, there are pay sites as well. Final; great 3d printer, easy to use once you download the right software to laptop. Forget the mobile app bs. This is lots of fun for all ages. Order the multicolor unit. Other wise cool unit.

So, I bought one of these machines in June and was quite pleased (at first). So I sold my 6 Creality machines thinking this new fast Flashforge could replace them. Well, the other day, it just stopped working after a firmware update. Nothing I did fixed it. I wrote an email to the Flashforge support email 4 days ago…still no response. I have an order I NEED to get done so, spent another $800 and got another one. It was malfunctioning right out of the box. I magically got some prints out of it, and re-levelled the bed then started my next print. The nozzle scraped across the bed and there was so much pressure it cracked my extruder in half! So, I replaced the extruder with the one from my first machine, and tried levelling the bed…it just keeps shitting down, no matter what I try. Bambu, here I come!

Absolutely fantastic printer. This is my first 3D printer, I’d never even seen 3D printing first hand before and everything I’ve printed so far has come out perfect. I have a small squeak from the print head but I’ve read some silicone spray lube will sort that. For this price bracket it cannot be beaten.
