And I just want to clarify that you can indeed refund the item. The problem is this device goes in your mouth, so you can’t actually “return” it. They will however 100% refund you for the item. So if you go through your orders to start a “return” it won’t work. Instead just start a chat or call in to Amazon to get a “refund”. Yes, it would be a little more convenient to be able to initiate a refund through the app without contacting anyone (maybe there is and I just couldn’t find it) but it took all of 5 minutes to start a chat with a representative and have my purchase refunded. Now, to the product it’s self and why I gave 5 stars. I mainly gave 5 stars because they honored the “60 day risk free trial”. I didn’t give 6 stars because it didn’t work for me. I couldn’t in good conscious give a low star review because the product does seem to be of good quality and I can see how it might work for someone else. So, just because it didn’t work for me, doesn’t mean it won’t work for others. I mainly bought this product because unlike most I have actually had multiple sleep studies done and do in fact have a sleeping disorder. My sleep disorder is not causing the snoring, but from the sleep studies I have proved I don’t have sleep apne. So I’m 100% positive my snoring is a result of sleeping on my back, mouth open, and swallowing my tongue. So this product could work for me, however, it just won’t stay in my mouth. After about a month of use, no matter what, my wife keeps waking me up to roll over so I stop snoring, and I find I have spit the device out of my mouth. Yes like others have stated, it does make your teeth a little sore, and that part does get better over time. I just can’t keep the thing in my mouth. So unfortunately it’s time to try something else. Ps: I will say though that the nasal dilators work really well!
