It comes with a black full cover with side zip. No side pockets or anything, but I can zip it shut with a 3-pack of balls inside without stretching the zipper.

Yes it is strung, weak frame. It broke when I did not even hit it hard on wall/floor. I have hit other rackets harder on wall with no damages.
