These lenses do not work on the cheapest hood that normally sells for about $39 unless you can tape it on to it. The hood that costs a little more and referred to as the Blue Flame hood is set up to use these lenses. Most of your better name brand hoods are set up to be able to use these lenses. **Q: ordered them but doesnt fit miller infinity clear lense technology helmet frames around glass to thick , excellent quaility** A: I used some double sided 3m tape (red) and didn’t pull the red portion off , i suggest using some duct tape to adjust to your liking , then apply the 3m tape - it holds very well and is removable **Q: Would these fit into the esab a50 helmets?** A: Don't know anything about the esab a50 helmet, the welding lens fits the standard 2" x 4-1/4"(50.8 mm x 108 mm) welding hood. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice clear glass. Works well with modification *by Q***E on February 12, 2020* These are 2 individual pieces of glass inside a relatively hard plastic frame. Nice quality. The frame was to thick to fit in the mount on my Lincoln Viking 3350 helmet, so I trimmed the outside edge flush with the glass and now it fits snuggly. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice glass lens *by J***S on January 9, 2020* Great quality for the low price tag. The glass is clear and doesn't scratch like the plastic magnifiers and comes in a nice storage case. As stated in some of the other reviews, the lens is thicker than the plastic ones due to the plastic surround that holds the lens. I simply trimmed the backside down with a utility knife (carefully because it is glass) and it fits perfectly in my cheap Kobalt helmet and hold its position. Will buy again if needed, but I think these will last a long time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality *by F***T on March 10, 2019* Clear and well make ## Frequently Bought Together - Best WELDS 901-932-145-200-2PK - 2" 2 Each Welding Helmet Magnifier/Cheater Lens, 2 x - Best WELDS 901-932-145-150-2PK - 2" 2 Each Welding Helmet Magnifier/Cheater Lens, 2 x - Lincoln Electric Cheater Lens | 1.50 Magnification | 2" Height x 4.25" Length | Compatible with Most Welding Helmets | KP3046-150 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.fr/products/62392224-best-welds-901-932-145-200-2pk-2-2-each](https://www.desertcart.fr/products/62392224-best-welds-901-932-145-200-2pk-2-2-each) --- *Product available on Desertcart France* *Store origin: FR* *Last updated: 2026-10-16*
