the product was defective and is being handled properly The replacement came and works great. My 7 year old grandson loves it. My daughter not so much. When my grandson is at school, Loona follows my daughter all over the house and whines. She has to shut it off. The upside is she doesn't have to pay vet bills, or feed it. The kids in the neighborhood love playing with it too. Pretty expensive, but my grandson lost their family dog, and my daughter is not ready to get another one, so Loona is the current replacemnt. My daughter turns it on around the time my grandson is getting home and it gets excited when it hears his voice. Amazing to watch. Didn't take long for my 7 yr old to figure out to control it and play games on it with his IPAD.

Great. Works well as intended

Don't be a fool like I was and think you need to purchase these things when you order your Loona robot. The robot comes with a play kit including these balls I ordered them thinking you needed to order them separately however if you do need them they're the exact same ones you get with the robot. The reason why I purchased these with the robot was because they we're shown as customers also purchased this and there is also no mention of these coming with the robot when you buy it. Little sneaky if you ask me.

Me encanta, mi primer robot. Lo unico es que debo repetir mucho y en voz alta hola loona hola loona para que me entienda y poder decir comandos, de resto me parece asombrosa, ojala entendiera a la primera hola loona sin necesidad de repetir tanto.
