Very nice audio clarity, great for office and Teams meetings

Wife works from home and didn't like being stuck to her desk. Perfect working and great mic and headset for customer service. Excellent headset. So glad I bought.

So far so good. I like the mic and sound quality. No one has complained about being able to hear me.

These are very comfy and lightweight! I thought the immersive function was neat and liked how it sounded. Noise canceling is pretty good (good for kids in bg!) but also was just as good as my much cheaper set of headphones. Sprung to note for those on a budget. One thing I disliked is that on my cheaper headset, when you mute the call, it doesn’t toggle the “mute” icon in Teams so my colleagues had no idea I was muting myself! Helpful if you have a sick kid home and they wouldn’t ask “why do you keep muting yourself?” With Yealink, the “mute” icon always was toggled so my team would always see me constantly muting my mic vs me being discreet about it. That in itself made me feel like this is a con to consider.

funcionan, el sonido es acorde, tiene una buena cancelación de ruido, debido a que tienen buenas almohadillas el ruido exterior se disipa mucho. trabajo desde casa con llamadas todo el tiempo así que puedo dar fe que la batería es buena, y se siente cómodos puestos, no pesa ni cansan. 100% RECOMENDADOS. lo único que no me gusta el micrófono a mi en mi caso se bajan el volumen solos, no sé si es mi configuración, pero no he podido lograr que se quede en volumen de más de 50% incluso una vez no llegaron a escucharme y tenía el volumen de micrófono en 20% debido a esto descargue el programa oficial de ellos, pero no encontré en ningún lado como removerles esta función, así que cada cierto tiempo me toca entrar en configuración de mi computadora y aumentar el volumen

Plug and play with the USB insert, on my Windows 11 laptop. All the functions work and excellent sound and mic. I would recommend to any business user.

This headset is so convenient. Pulling the speaker up to mute is easier than pressing a button. The battery life is great, lasts for days and I use the headset for many hrs of the day. Overall a great purchase. 6 month Update: I initially gave this product a 5 star rating, but after 6 months my review has changed. I purchased in March and it's now September and the headset is malfunctioning. During calls u can hear the static in the earphones. I have to move it around or press the earpiece to stop the static so the caller can hear me better. Internet checks out, Mic is working but the earpiece is malfunctioning. Very disappointed.
