I have ADHD-PI and find studying difficult as it is, but with my phone nearby it renders many of my study sessions unproductive. It's pricey but it works extremely well, plus it fits my iPhone 13 Pro Max WITH its case (a hard, clear one).It's easy to set up and it comes with instructions. It's been extremely effective and I can't complain at all. Battery seems to last a long time too. Just press the side 'open' button twice to open it, as it doesn't tend to open on one press.
