Great heating pad. It is larger than most so it covers a lot of area for pain relief . I’m a long distance runner and I do HIIT workouts. I love using this to relax and ease my sore muscles at the end of the day. It’s very soft and gets very hot. It’s lightweight.

It works! I got this because I’m getting a laparoscopic surgery in a month and thought this would be nice for the aches during recovery. It gets nicely hot and has a built in timer which is great for safety while using before bed. My only problem is the plastic used for the remote is kinda cheap and makes a weird noise when touched (ifyky) but that doesn’t interfere much with the actual quality I just have have sensory issues 😂 the fabric part is nice and soft I have genuinely woken up cuddling it. This is going to help a lot with my recovery especially for the shoulder pain. Also if you get this for laparoscopy recovery just know it’s not safe to put on the incisions! Only use it for back pain and shoulder pain that are common after the surgery!

I originally bought the Deepsoon Heating Pad for my daughter to help with her cramps, and honestly, it’s been such a relief for both of us! Heats up really fast. Feels very soft and cozy. Size is nice to lay down and cover your neck/back/tail bone area (I'm 5'6). The heat is spread out evenly as well throughout the pad. Docked a star because I always have it on max heat setting but feel that it could get a liiittle hotter.

This heating pad is made of soft quality material that distributes heat evenly. I like the auto shut-off feature and the ability to select the temperature.

I have purched a few heating pads for chronic back pain. This is the best yet. Got larger size, soft. Great 5 setting heat control and auto shutoff. Recommend

I originally got this for me but it didn't get hot enough for me so I gave it to my wife because she is more heat intolerant and her favorite color is orange. It does get warm, I just like it really hot (like my wife looks at me like I'm crazy. I liked it cuz its fun looking and its soft and well made. It also doesn't have a smell but I am not sensitive to smells. The remote options are nice and all seem to work too. She takes it to work, and home and primarily uses it for cramps. She has PCOS so its been great for pain relief. Heating pads in general are one of the only things that work for her.

So handy. I used to use wheat packs for my feet every night. Now I have longer lasting support for poor circulation.

The voltage for this item is 120v, but Singapore's voltage is 220v so it is not compatible with Singapore's voltage! This is not mentioned in the website! Buyer's Beware!

Stopped working after a while

Works well with a small screen to show different temperature settings. The plug is a European plug that never fit properly, so I had to replace it with an Indian plug, but then it worked well. The position of the controller is not good: it's half way between the plug and the pad, so it's always awkward. But otherwise it works very well, and i like the ability to change heat settings.

Had high hopes for this, but in practice it barely gets warm regardless of the setting. Certainly not warm enough to do what it says. Avoid.
