How to seal meats witg a wet marinade?

I freeze the marinated meat in a cheap bag like a sandwich bag first. Then I slip the cheap bag (opened with the open end at the bottom) into the meliese sealer bag set on gentle and moist. Has worked for me with shrimp stock. Love it!

Sealer too strong, melts bag. Am I doing something wrong?

Why does it start to vacuum after I am just trying to seal one end of the bag? Everyone have this issue?
