Getting the Best Out of Al-Hajj (Pilgrimage)

I would agree with other reviewers as well. This book is really detailed to a point, it also mentions which restaurants to eat chicken and why to avoid the juice!! I wasn't expecting this level of depth. While I haven't been there ( planning to 2015, I'A) yet to verify whether the food tips are helpful or not, I can definitely concur that this book is a must have for someone like me who doesn't have any idea of Hajj or Saudi Arabia and no local help.

Apart from the authentic way of performing the journey the author has included some very useful tips,advise and has described in detail every practical aspect of the spiritual journey I highly recommend this book for someone who likes to gain insight of what their journey will actually be like.

This book was recommended by a friend who also read before going to Hajj. Totally lives up to its reputation. The book is really well written, very comprehensive with practical advice for all occasions and events. Highly recommended to anyone going to perform Hajj.

Its a long and detailed book about hujj. You can get information not only about the steps of hujj but the traveling, packing list, hotel information, food and other expected and unexpected things during that time.

This is an excellent and informative book on the performance of Hajj. I performed Hajj twice and this a great reminder. However, I gave the 1 star because of Amazon underhanded in their prices for this book. It was advertised for $17.43 but I was charged $58.61 plus S&H. Despite my numerous communication to Amazon they ignored my concern and indicated it is a third party. This is grossly unfair and misleading to ALL Amazon customer, to advertised a price and charge the customer another price. PS the publisher has it for $17.61

I bought Abu Muneer Ismail Davids Ultimate Guide to Umrah which was very beneficial and had many advice about what to do, places to eat, places to ago as well as the fiqh side of Umrah. After my first time going to Umrah, I have got the taste for going Hajj which is why I purchased this book immediately, I knew it would valuable information and advice for the novice with photos and diagrams etc.

Definitely a MUST HAVE BOOK. Everything you need to know about Hajj and Umrah and much more is all in here. I would recommend buying good few months before so you can study it properly. One of the best books out there for Hajj.
