Great belt clip
Great belt clip. It gives me access to the buttons as the transmitter will swivel. Stays on my belt just great. Some reviews mentioned that the screw didn't stay in place. I have not had that problem, but for safety I did attach a stretchy cord to the transmitter and clip the cord to my belt loop. This serves two purposes. Should the screw fail the transmitter won't hit the floor and when I release the transmitter from this belt clip should my fumbling hands fail the transmitter won't hit the floor. It's a win win! The transmitter is easy to release with just a push of the top button and sliding it out of the clip. When sliding back into the clip it will snap when in securely. It's a very thoughtful design. Some reviews thought it was cheaply made, but unless you are a gorilla I think the quality is just fine. Nothing against gorillas, mind you, but it would be like using a cooked strand of spaghetti as a Pit Bull leash and claiming the spaghetti was cheap quality when it broke.

Good product
I use this product every day but in less than a year I had to order another one. The connection point that goes into the saddle becomes week with time and breaks off. Other than that it is very useful and I like it because I use it every day with my service dog

Wouldn't recommend - second update
The second time I used this, the screw came out and I lost the piece that connects everything together. I saw others mention this issue but I thought I'd take my chances. Bad idea. Other reviews also mentioned that the unit broke and I could see that happening as soon as the unit snags on something. Two stars because it wasn't worth $10 to use it twice. More than one star because it's a clever and useful product and if it held together would definitely be worth it. [final update: ordered this twice and both times it was done for within the first or second use for two different reasons - down to one star since even though it's a great idea, it's not designed well and will quickly be a waste of money] First Update: Contacted the seller to see if they could send the small plastic part I lost when the screw came out. They could not, but offered to refund my purchase instead. Pretty solid customer service, but this rating is about the product. I'm going to re-order and this time, use thread lock as some others have mentioned. If it works, I'll be back to add another star. You shouldn't have to buy and use thread lock to prevent the issue, but if it works, the holder is quite useful. Second Update: On first use, the Educator popped right out of the holder hit the ground. Guess what? The little plastic piece broke!! So that's two times I've ordered, and both times, the product became useless on the first or second use. It's a great idea, but you will quickly be throwing it out (broken or lost pieces) or ordering another one.

Mount screw constantly backs out
I bought this beltclip a few weeks ago to use on a Mini Educator ET-300. While it does let you keep the remote on your belt, it has a few design flaws. Even if you tighten the screw that attaches the mount to the ET-300, after a short time the screw backs out and the remote falls to the ground. This has happened on numerous occasions even after checking the screw - within a couple of hours. I finally grew tired of this and applied some Permatex Threadlock Orange. The orange Permatex is high strength but is removable. The only positive thing is that if the screw backs out it will not fall out unless you remove the mount from the beltclip. The beltclip features a pushbutton release that lets you remove the remote, while the clip remains attached to your belt. If you move just right and apply pressure to that release button, the remote can unlock and fall to the ground. The only fix I've found for this is to move the beltclip more to your side, rather than in front near your left or right pocket.

Amazing ๐คฉ
Not sure why people are saying bad things about this. Absolutely love it will be buying it for each color that it is compatible with no bad things to say about it. If you have a dog and you use an E collar hundred percent recommend this I think youโll really like it especially if you like me and you wear belts all the time although you can clip it to your pocket and as long as youโre not running, itโll stay.

Very secure clip
This clip is a great addition to my remote. It attaches securely to the remote with a screw. I do not worry about it coming off. The clip is great. It is very secure and makes it easy to clip to pants, along a jacket zipper, or even to my dogโs leash. This makes it much easier to make sure it is within reach when needed but allows my hands to remain free. It was very easy to install, took about 1 minute.

They break. One lasted only three weeks, while another lasted two years.
Good concept and works well, until it breaks. Had the first one for almost two years before the part that screws into the controller broke. That seemed like a reasonable lifespan for a $10 item after almost two years of daily outdoor use. I ordered the replacement in December. It lasted just three weeks before it broke in the same place. I do like the functionality of it and I can clip it into a variety of areas - the only alternative is to use a lanyard. I'm ordering my third now and hoping the last one was a fluke. Three stars due to quality issue.

Cheap and dysfunctional
While the mini educator system itself is pretty good, the accessories are awful. You can either wear the transmitter on a lanyard with a flimsy hook and have it dangle around while perhaps picking up after your dog, or you can try to attach it to a belt or pocket. And every option sucks. Thereโs the one where you screw a metal ring into the transmitter and then use a gigantic magnet from the other side, which is not going to hold up with vigorous movement, or you can buy a leather holster that doesnโt fit at all (not the button placement and canโt be closed), and that leaves this clip as the only option. The little black plastic ring that you screw into the transmitter comes loose with movement, so you better secure it additionally (I tie the lanyard to a belt) and retighten the screw frequently, or you can collect it off the ground and hope it is not scratched or otherwise damaged. Iโve also had it detach from the clip itself randomly, so thatโs failure number 2. And last but not least, the plastic ring that keeps it connected to the clip broke apart, leaving the clip completely useless. I put the broken ring next to the functional one that is my current replacement and screwed into the transmitter, you can see that the broken one is smaller now. Accessories are as important as a device itself, if the only way to use this transmitter is by holding it in my hand, then no thank you and Iโll buy a different system. I need free hands and this clip is the only thing that remotely works. Hard to believe that a company that sells a system for around $300 cannot deliver on accessories that are vital to its use and wonโt come up with a better solution after customers already provide negative feedback. As for how long my first clip lasted, thatโs half a year of regular use, even though Iโve had it longer. And that wasnโt even half a year with no problems. I run with my dog and canโt have a transmitter bouncing around and coming undone, I usually select my gear carefully and pay for quality and performance, which I thought I did here too. Do better! It is not an unusual application, whether people walk a dog or run or use it to communicate with an off leash dog, nobody want to hold a transmitter the entire time in their hand!

Works great, should be included in the package with the educator
Great to keep the educator to the front of your jacket or pocket. Keep the devise accessible and not swinging around as you move. You still have to use the lanyard because it educator has detached from the clip. Great device but a costly loss if you lose it.

Better than lanyard
Good product. Clips to jeans, bag strap etc and easy to push button and remove from clip if needed or operate as is. No issue with robustness.

Fixing unit with screw useless. Keeps snapping
This design is flawed. The clip that holds the unit the tiny back fixing. ( that you screw on ) keeps snapping..so unit becomes unstable. Used 4 times & snapped. Don't waste money .it was ยฃ18 down the drain..
