NEW PakCan Compatible with Welch Allyn 5 Pcs LED Replacement Bulbs 03100-U (Set of 5 pcs)

For the first time in 20+ years, I've had to replace the bulb in my handheld eye exam transilluminator ("muscle light"). Naturally I pulled out the bulb and ordered the same part number via Amazon. When making this purchase, I thought five bulbs would last me for life. -------------------------------------------------- My feedback: Not sure why, but I have been through 3 of the 5 bulbs in five weeks. Bulb works great for about a week, flickers for a few uses, then goes out. Each time I remove the bulb from the battery handle to replace, the metal contact point at the base of the bulb (corresponds to inside center point of contact on the handle) has fallen of the bulb. My previous (25 year) bulb was 03100 and this is a 03100-U so perhaps I'm at fault. My impression is they are interchangable but perhaps these bulbs aren't in which case don't repeat my mistake. If they are interchangeable, I'm at a loss to explain. Perhaps it might be a fluke bad batch of bulbs?.?.? My apologies to the vendor if it's my mistake. I'm leaving this feedback just as an FYI for others. ------------------------------------------------- Observation: The -U model is certainly brighter and "whiter" light from the LED wavelengths (vs my original factory bulb).

all dead within 1hour to 3 days - do not buy. One was dim from 1st use then started flashing on day 3 then died. Others worked for a few days - approx 10 minutes use per day then just died. All 5 have failed. Obviously faulty product.

Terrible product. All work for one shift and then either flickered or were dead. Do not buy.

As described, good price, fast ship.

We have used 3 of these in less than 2 days because they burn out very quickly. They are definitely not the same quality as the original bulbs.

1. One bulb failed only after a few seconds. Another one (on a different unit) turned into a weak strobe light yesterday and thus it has become useless. 2. The light from all these bulbs is weak and it does not get brighter above a fixed intensity even when the rheostat is turned further up. 3. The other three bulbs are working so far after one week of use but the bluish tinted light distorts the true color of mucosa. LED are supposed to be longer lasting but I do not recommend the quality and primitive version of the LED used in these bulbs. This was a total waste.

Leí qué se quemaban pronto, que no duraban, etc etc. Pero nunca me imaginé que ninguno de los 5 no iban a encender. Lo barato sale caro. Hay que comprar pero de la marca Welch Allin

None of the 5 light bulbs in the pack were working. I contacted the seller for a return/ refund and no resolution yet. Do not bother to order this product, it is either defective or not compatible as advertised. Very poor response from the seller to my complaint.

Muy mala calidad en menos de una semana ya no prenden dos focos, yo tengo otro equipo y ya cambié y todo funciona bien, son los focos los que fallan, y pues bueno yo tengo la culpa por comprar barato.
