I haven’t had time to see if it will be beneficial. It took along time to arrive, and I am not fond of the taste, but drink it with cranberry juice and water.

When you open the container, you will be surprised to see that it is half empty.😳

For a first time collagen user I wasn't sure what to expect, but I love the flavor! It's best with my coffee. I'm finding with the magnesium my overall body health, my sleep, has been improving. Most of my enjoyment comes from watching the powder fall into my cup. (Lol)

This dissolves well in beverages - It does not alter the taste of it and I am beginning to see some early benefits - like stronger nails. I feel more relaxed after taking it.

I absolutely love this stuff! I've been taking some form of collagen for about the last 2 years and never really felt like it was making enough of a difference to my joints (I have rheumatoid arthritis). I thought I'd give this stuff a try and boy am I glad I did! Within a week I noticed significant improvement in my joints, especially my knees, and the pain has been reduced to pretty much nothing. I've recommended it to both of my parents. If you are starting from scratch it will most likely take as long as they say on the bottle (several months) before you start seeing benefits as it is one of those things that needs time to build up in your body, so don't expect to see results super quick, but, if you are like me and have been taking other collagen products for a while without seeing significant results, I'd definitely give this a try and see if it works as quickly for you as it did for me.

We’ve been using this collagen powder for a few months now. I’ve noticed a slight improvement in my overall stress levels at work, though I haven’t seen any changes in my skin yet. I’ll continue taking it to see if there are any longer-term benefits. The powder is truly tasteless and dissolves well. I usually mix it with my morning coffee using a handheld frother because I’m short on time, but it also dissolves fine with a spoon if you prefer. One thing to note: our latest container (blue packaging) included a scoop, while the previous ones (white and green packaging) did not. It’s a helpful addition, but worth mentioning for consistency.

Very soothing and relaxing. As for flavour, that's not an issue. Add it to a nice flavoured herb tea or fruit flavoured smoothie and that does the trick. The main focus is the product is health oriented and, for someone like myself who cannot tolerate cow's milk, fits the bill as it's minus dairy products. I drink this about an hour before bed and really aids in having a good night's sleep.
