I liked how I could take the test at home and send my sample directly to Simple HealthKit Laboratory. My results came quickly and, fairly easy to navigate through the portal. I got my results within 36 hours after the lab received my sample. Will definitely be purchasing more kits from Simple HealthKit since it’s a reasonable price.

I purchased a bunch of these for a community event I hosted part of my work because I got these on amazon business and they seemed to have value for money. The feedback I received is what the event attendees mentioned. The packaging is very nice, instructions were clear, easy to collect and register the sample during the event and the doctors mentioned that the test sensitivity? specificity? was up what they would expect so I am thinking accurate. Will be ordering more of these for my events.

I tested negative on all three but was having symptoms of green discharge and headche and my throat felt weird, along with some rectal bleeding. went to urgent care and got the shot anyways and immediately my symptoms went away the following day. Test results clearly state that results do not rule out the possibility of infection. I live in florida and not sure if the urine got hot and possibly killed off the bacteria in the sample. Shipped sunday got results like 4 days later. I dont trust this product and will not buy again. Price went up from $55-70 in a week.

Does exactly what it says. Easy to use. Be mindful that not everywhere FedEx pickup location wants to accept "medical/lab" items. (The shipper is clearly lacked for medical use.)

Very happy the package is fully discrete! The instructions were very straightforward. The whole process only took me 15 minutes from making my online account, registering the kit to taking my own sample. Love that it has fast FEDEX shipping and that you can schedule for a free pick up! I was confused on where to find the sample Id at first but customer service was kind enough to point out it was on the registration card lol happy with this purchase I overall.

The whole process was super simple and private which is nice. But things are a bit too slow for my liking. Unless you test and send it off on a Monday/Tuesday, you should expect your results the following week. And then it's going to take another few days for them to get back to you regarding any treatment plan. I chose this over going to a clinic out of convenience, but I regret that decision and which I saved my $60. That being said, 4 stars because it IS convenient and easy and it seems like customer service is good.

I wanted to test myself just to be safe, so I took this test and another test also from Amazon and can definitely say that this was the better option. Not only did I receive my results literally the day after I got a message saying the lab received my sample, but navigating my account online was so so easy. I did have a question about treatment which their customer service rep was able to help me out with. This whole experience has been a huge comfort to me and cannot recommend this brand enough over the other options on here.

I don't even want to give a star. Very disappointed in turnaround was received at the lab on July 28th and still has not been tested as of August 5th. That is not the advertised 24-48 turnaround. I emailed them a few days ago and they said they were behind. Yet, still have NOT received results 8 days after receipt of my lab kit.
