This has to be the best creative and most practical. I take two 39 minutes before my workout and I feel so much endurance. The are so convenient and they taste good too!

Here’s a sharper version that still sounds human and not like a corporate complaint bot: I used to love these creatine gummies, but the last two pouches I opened smelled overwhelmingly like paint thinner. I wish I were exaggerating, but the smell is genuinely awful and makes them almost impossible to eat. At first, I thought maybe it was a heat issue during shipping, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Not every pouch smells this way, and I even ordered a new batch thinking the first one was just a one-off problem. The new order arrived early in the morning before it had been sitting in the sun, and I had the exact same issue again. Some pouches smelled normal, while others had that same strong chemical / paint thinner smell. I don’t know if they’re technically safe to eat, but the smell and taste are so overwhelming that I couldn’t get through them. I tried, but ended up having to spit them out. I used to really like this product, so this is disappointing. Something seems off with the quality control lately. Be warned that there’s a real chance you may receive pouches that smell and taste like chemicals.

This creatine product is very easy to take because it tastes pleasant. I just let it dissolve slowly in my mouth. As for the increased muscle function I can't say because I have only been taking it for a week or so.

I’m rating this 5 stars so my review won’t be removed. These are easily one of the most disgusting things I have ever put in my mouth. The flavor is terrible, but the TEXTURE is a crime against humanity. I feel very worried for reviewers that said these are delicious, and my heart goes out to anyone they might cook for. Saying they’re cotton candy flavored is insane. The packaging should be amended to include their actual flavor - despair and loathing. These could be effective, but I personally will never know because I love myself and refuse to eat 5 of these a day as if they’re fruit snacks.

Taste is very subtle. Tastes more like plastic than cotton candy but does have the hint of cotton candy. Texture tastes like any supplement gummy with the grittiness. Love that they are individually packaged. Likely will try their lemon flavor next to see if it’s a stronger flavor. Wish they had more flavor options. Would also like to see less gummies per serving with the same creatine amount.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but these are so awful I would give negative stars if I could. I do not know what kind of cotton candy these grew up eating, but those poor people. I am not a picky person either, but these are chalky and taste like the smell of paint. The sachet packets are convenient, but absolutely no way I could down all 5 of them.

When I bought this creatine, I thought that I would use it at nite so that it would help me have a nicer sleep!!! It truly worked…I take 2/3 each nite before I go to bed and it helps me sleep!!! Thank you for the product!!! Sande S.

These gummies have an average flavor. They don't taste great, but they don't taste bad either. The bottle was sealed, which is good and important to me. I do like the texture of the gummy. It does not stick to my teeth, which is one of the annoyances of gummy supplements for me. These have a nice texture, firmness and they're easy to chew without any stickiness, to the gums or teeth. With time I will, perhaps know if they are beneficial or not, but so far it is pleasant to take them as a supplement.
