I've been sub %10 body fat for 5 years now. One of the things that keeps me there is a high protein diet. Even though I do not recommend processed foods, it's nice to eat pretzels sometimes and get a good amount of protein at the same time/bite. Besides that all 3 different flavors are crunchy, delicious and filling. Already bought them a few times and probably will buy more. They are also good to have when you're traveling or on the roads and need to satisfy your hunger with a high protein snack instead of a poor choice from one of those convenience store.

Holy smokes these are good! I got the salted ones. They taste like a mix between pretzels and cheese its. Both snacks that I love and cannot have on keto. My kryptonite is crunchy salty foods.These are great snacks to keep in your bag. If you are starving and need a lil snacky snack, this won't throw you off and thr protein will help you feel full.

Pretzels are tiny and pack a big crunch! No weird smell, super salty though. I eat them with hummus, but drink a lottt of water after or while eating them. Nice snack but I think the saltiness is just from the everything bagel flavor specifically. It’s dry of course because it’s a pretzel, but nothing too crazy in my opinion. Who doesn’t drink water after eating a pretzel anyway? Lol If you’re watching your sodium intake due to hypertension, other health issues or in general, be cautious. It’s hard to scrape off the seasoning, I tried lol. Willing to try another flavor though! Definitely filling you may even find yourself eating half and saving for later. Great way to increase protein intake and reach your goals!

If you’re on a ketogenic diet, or just looking for a healthier alternative to regular pretzels these are the perfect snack for you. There are four packages per box and a pretty decent amount of pretzels per bag and while they are very pricey, once you bite into them, you’ll realize it’s worth the money. They smell and feel like the real thing and to be honest, I actually kind of prefer them over regular pretzels and probably on the same level as pretzel crisps (which they are very similar to). I do wish they were a little cheaper, but honestly, the product is very quality.

Ok, these are SO GOOD! I like them for my 3 pm "slump snack" at work. The Everything one is my favorite. They are 190 calories for the whole little bag, and there are lots of them in the bag. They are crunchy and crispy, and the everything flavor is good. The bag gives me 28 g protein and 10g fiber, which is a nice little snack. The ingredients are fairly clean, no worse than a protein bar. I like that there are a bunch of them in the bag so it helps with the "munching" factor. They are not greasy and the flavoring is not messy, so I can snack and type. I would love it if they made sweet flavors, too, like choc chip cookie or brownie... maybe someday! Would recommend!

Tasty and fresh... But packaged stupidly! I'm watching my intake, as most people likely are. There are more than 1, but not quite 2, servings per package. So I'm supposed to count out a serving's-worth, clip the bag and bring the rest home... To what... Get stale? Open the next bag and eat a few out of it and reseal that bag? Oh I know: I should just eat them all, right? So you can sell more product? And to hell with an under-200-calorie snack? Jerks! Also: notice it says 27g of protein per PACK. Not per SERVING. I have lost 51 pounds. Counting calories matters. An estimated 3500 calories puts on a pound of body weight. Eating just an extra 100 calories a day puts on almost 1 pound a month of extra body weight. I love the focus on protein and they are tasty. If you make an honest serving pack I'd buy them. Otherwise I think you think I'm stupid and that ticks me off.

I love the size and the CRUNCH…. I am not certain how filling they are, due to only eating 5 at this time. These pretzels are nicely made.The taste has a bit to be desired. It takes eating a few to get past the shock of the taste. The taste is not what you expect. Not horrible.I would like to try other flavors later.

This is a really great snack on its own, or with any dip or cheese. Its kind of salty, in a good way for my taste, and the macros can’t be beaten. Very low carb, high protein and fiber. I will order again.
