A: There is one tablespoon of potato starch in one tablespoon of this potato starch.

**Q: Why is the ingredient list in spanish ?**
A: I think it was a shipping error.  My package was printed in english

**Q: Is this product made from "certified organic" potatoes?**
A: I really have no idea. The package doesn't give me an answer. It does say it is premium quality, gluten free, unmodified, and grain free.

**Q: is this raw potato starch?**
A: There is no mention of RAW on the package.  However, as far as I k now , you can get Potato starch ONLY from RAW potatoes,
