This pre-workout tastes amazing! It definitely works and gives you the “itch” and jitter feeling - but that’s how I know it’s working. I feel very energized and ready for my workouts. It mixes well in just a shaker bottle and I would highly recommend. It is not chalky in texture when drinking. I can see a visible pump after using it and a perk is that it is made with clean and simple ingredients which is very important to me!

This is a great clean option. It gives me a boost and I enjoy the taste and the tingles. The only reason I did not give a five star rating is because there was no scoop included in the bag. Not sure how common that is, but it was a little frustrating.

My husband uses it every other day for work out. He has had no complaints and likes the flavor a lot. It does make him itchy but I feel like that’s most pre workout.

Taste was okay, but it just felt like it was missing something. To much citric and malic acid. Not as clean as advertised.

Tastes good but literally no energy difference. Shame as healthy ingredients but I’ve had other brands similar with far better energy spike. I could take a nap after this. Gives me zero performance enhancing

Got clumpy at the end. Works well, doesnt make you feel like C4 or those high caffeinated ones. i take half a scoop. not much jitters. good ingredients. would def rebuy.
