Works Well and Helps Him Relax
I bought these for my grandfather because he has trouble sleeping. They work well for him and help him feel more relaxed at night. So far, weโve had a good experience with the product, and I have no complaints. Iโm very satisfied with the purchase and would recommend it. โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ

The taste is so-so but expected w/ Valerian Root
Tastes and smells like feet, however, I've come to not mind it at all and I'm NOT a foot person! As time has gone by, the taste is less like feet, and more earthy but the smell remains. Valerian root is known for that though, so nothing against the brand! It's to be expected. I find this tea really helps with falling asleep and getting a good rest. The price makes it a great value.

Better Than Melatonin, No Side Effects
It's good. The flavor is "Earthy," as the tea people say--essentially, it tastes like dirt BUT it's nice, clean, high-altitude dirt and not unpleasant. Peacefully aromatic. From a functional standpoint, this tea at baseline works better for me to fall asleep than baseline melatonin. Just 1 cup an hour before bed. I also don't have the next-day drowsiness melatonin gives you, so this gets 5 stars for me. Better than chamomile.

100% Efficacy
This tea is amazingly effacicious in helping me fall asleep quickly and deeply. My wife insisted, with the new year, that I try Ryze mushroom coffee and hot chocolate which, for me at least, proved a horrendous waste of money with the added bonus of the impossible task of extricating oneself from the endless loop of non-stop replenishment. Unfortunately, fantasizing that I bear any genotypic resemblance to Rachel Levine no longer causes the degree of motification, and subsequent REM, that once was the case, hence my need, and static loyality, for this excellent, highly recommended, product!

It's helpful in promoting sleep
This is my base for whenever I want to induce sleep like a king. Back then, I mixed cherry juice with a double-bagged brew of this to relax. I had whole rituals dedicated to mixing this with Melatonin gummies and Zzzquil. Ideally, never use the Zzzquil unless necessary, but it works. It does chill you out after a while of drinking it. It has the taste of a very mild "minty" flavor followed by an earthy "dirt"ness. This is even if you brewed only to 15 mins, but as this is a Tisane, I just pour freshly boiled water on it and let it fester for an hour, to maximize all the herbal essences into my system. It's very easy to brew, and personally, I thought it's okay for a middle tier brand of tea. I'm not quite a tea snob, I just use whatever is helpful for my situations. In terms of value? Don't get this from any grocery store, that's how you're screwed out of money. Normally they'd make you pay 8 bucks for 16 teabags out here. That is absurd. As it's nice on the stomach and has a pleasant texture, I'd recommend stacking cherry extract if you don't have the tart cherry juice with you as an option. It won't knock you out, but when you do go to sleep, it's great.

Mildly effective. Unpleasant odor
The effects of these herbal products vary so much from one person to another. FWIW, I found this tea to be mildly sedating, and seems to help me sleep a little longer. I don't think this is a power of suggestion issue, as I expected this to be as ineffective as many other non-prescription products I have tried. The aroma is terrible. I combine it with a caffeine free mint bag or k-cup, and that helps a lot.
