These workbooks are so good. If you homeschool especially you will love these. My child can work on this in his own. Easy to understand and quality learning experience.

Apr 2026 old stock not mapped to IXL
Love the Spectrum workbooks. They're always informative and easy to use. I recently ordered the Grade 7 and Grade 8 Language Arts workbooks, which we're supposed to have been mapped to IXL per the "Read sample" pictures. Neither of the books I received are the updated mapped copies, so apparently I received old stock.

Straight forward, open and go, secular curriculum
This is a great secular curriculum. Straight to the point clear lessons. There isn't much review so if your child needs a lot of repetition you would need to supplement or go with a different curriculum.

I think this book will fit our purposes. Concise, it's written in large characters, pages can be taken off, it's a good review book or freshen-up book. It looks easy and friendly to use. I'll only know for sure when we start using it.

Our son has needed some extra help in Language Arts and we are finding this workbook super helpful. It's great that it not only has explanations, but all the answers as well.

We homeschool and our child dislikes English. This book has explained lessons with examples, definitions and reviews every 10 lessons. Our son is understanding it very well, and he doesn’t put up a fuss with this program. It is well rounded and does not repeat the same activities for each lesson.
