12" Pro Pizza Placement Peel with Fully Perforated Aluminum Blade

Have a Gozney XL so wanted a bigger peel. Works well. Sturdy and well built. Cleans up easy enough

I have used wooden peels and other variations of metal peels. This Gozney Pro Placement peel is an absolute game changer and is far superior by far!! Recommend 10 out 10 times.

I've been making pizza for 5 years now and upgraded to the Gozney Arc XL from another brand. I purchased this peel after seeing it used in multiple youtube videos, as well as positive reviews elsewhere. I have a high hydration dough and I can not make the dough slide off. Its very frustrating, and the return process is not as smooth as it ships directly from Gozney. I may be stuck with this item. My other peels work well. Think of the peels you've seen in pizzerias. Do they look like this one? Probably not.

I wasn't sure if an expensive pizza peel was worth the cost, but this one is. If you like making pizza in an outdoor pizza oven, you may like this peel. It's light, flexible, and should last a long time compared to other pizza peels. Do you need this to make good pizza? Nope, but it's nice to have.

Handle is broken at throat, with cracked aluminum! Was a really nice pizza peel the first time I used it - uncooked pizza is easy to slide on and off and the unit is nice and light. I upgraded from a generic perforated metal pizza peel that was very difficult to get the pizza off and into the oven. Have a smaller turning peel that I use for in the oven turning. Having to send it back and cannot get a replacement right now. Not sure if I will repurchase or not.
