These puddings are ready made. You can pop them in the refrigerator if you like cold pudding. Easy to open.

Do they need the be refrigerated?

When I buy them in store, they are on the shelf, not refrigerated. I put a few in the fridge just to chill them for my mom. No refrigeration needed unless a cup has been opened.
