The frame seems to be fine but velcros are absolutely useless, Also the convas fabric is cut too small so there is no way to pull the canvas to join the corners together therefore whatever you do they leave a gap. Yes, water proof but the colour is now fading! It is rather expensive for a seasonal (would not survive the winter) tent! The customer service was absolutely appalling! She was ignorant, not attentive and rude!
