This is the first hook I have read in well under 24 hours. I only put it down to yet some sleep. I had 5 different scenarios of what could be happening and I was so wrong in all of them. This is the first time I have read a book from the author and omg I want to read more. I've never been so invested in a book this much before.

I had already read The Boyfriend by Freida McFadden and loved it so much that I bought another copy for a family member. The story is gripping, fast-paced, and kept me hooked from start to finish — exactly what I’ve come to expect from this author. The book arrived in excellent condition, and I’m so happy to be able to share it with someone else. Highly recommend this read to anyone who enjoys psychological thrillers.

WOOOOW, AMAZING!! It's been a long time since I didn't enjoy a Freida's book this much! 🤩 It's very fast-paced, intriguing, straight to the point and fascinating. I love how difficult it is to predict what's going to happen at the end and she always manages to do so. I spent the whole time guessing who the murderer was and I knew it couldn't be that obvious... but I never expected the ending! I highly recommend it and up to now, I'd rank it in her top 3!
