This is easy to use and nice to hold but even on level 5 it just isn't powerful enough on either setting. Not sure if I got a dodgy one but I've used these devices for a long while now , some cheaper some more expensive and this one is really lacking on power. Fully charged it before first use and even used cream as a conductor which usually does the trick but alas not this time. May be more suitable for children as I barely felt anything. Was definitely working as I COULD feel something but not much. Better options available for the same price.
