This headset is awesome. I work on a noisy place, and was constantly having customers ask if I was speaking to them, and complaining about background noise. Not with this headset! Best purchase I've made for remote work. I can be in the middle of a noisy coffee shop or brewery with loud music, and can still hear my calls clearly, and my audience can hear me too with the mouthpiece. Great for the noisy office too. I love both the active noise cancelling and the pass-through option if I'm in a quiet area and need to ensure I'm not yelling. I use the wired option so I don't have to worry about charging them, and I have a USB converter so I can use it with my Macbook. My suggestions would be: have a USB-C option if that's a thing, and make these with bigger ear pads. They do hurt a bit after several hours of work.

Worked for 4 months then started having terrible screeching and distorted noise. Noise cancelling microphone also stopped working. I work from home with small children and got in trouble. This is too expensive to not be working after such a short time
