Good tasting
They work really well, but leave you a little sluggish in the morning. I do recommend if you have a hard time sleeping, they help me sleep better.

YES!! Works much better than regular release
Regular release product caused me to have strange dreams and didn’t help sleep. These extended release don’t cause the dreams and most certainly help me to get to sleep faster, sleep better AND longer in the morning — 11pm til about 5 am, then I have to go to bathroom. (I can’t jump higher or run faster, though.) Hope it works for you as well as it does for me.

Not a cure all but very helpful
I have tried melatonin in the past and it didn't seem to work. I was getting pretty desperate for some sleep and I decided to give this a try. I was pleasantly surprised how well it worked for me. I am not saying it knocked me out all night but I was getting a longer segment of uninterrupted sleep. I don't mind the flavor of the gummy. It didn't have any weird after taste.

Perfect dosage option
So hard to find this dose, amazon for the win! My son takes this amount and it was exhausting always giving him 3 gummies of a 1 mg. Glad the company came up with a middle of the road option in one gummies between the 1 mg and 5 mg.
