Solo a leggere la storia e la preparazione delle tagliatelle al ragù (si, ci sono anche queste nel menù),si comprende come questo grande personaggio sia diventato N°1.Ho letto le biografie di altri importanti chef, alcuni di loro, li ho conosciuti personalmente.Tutti mi hanno stupito per la semplicità, la passione e la notevole conoscenza, doti che appartengonosolo agli artisti veri.Opera ricca di testi, ricette foto e anedddoti che vale la pena leggere: non è da tutti, non è per tutti... ma, che siate appassionati di cucina o "girovaghi della ristorazione" non può mancare nella vostra biblioteca.
