A: Yes, it does. As well as a special edition booklet.

A: It depends on the supplier. I believe I have mine avalible for international shipping. Although I don't know of any suppliers located in France.

Came in on time and the music box sounds beautiful.

The pendant arrived with one bent "key" in the music box, lasted one day and completely broke in half.The game CD is as expected for a PC game. The Soundtrack CD is bites from the game.I'm not sure what the fascination with the locket is, but my child waited weeks for this and it arrived broken than completely failed in one day.Save your money. Find something else.
