48" Recessed Ceiling Fan with Lights and Remote Control, Indoor Outdoor Wooden Ceiling Fan with 3 Wooden Blades for Patio, Living Room, Bedroom, Hallway

This ceiling fan has real wooden blades. Each blade is comprised of more than one piece of wood, but they're aesthetically pleasing and quite light. The LED light has a very easily-adjusted warmth setting. Most importantly, the default audible *BEEP* after every selection and ON/OFF is mutable! The one aspect of this product that can ruin the entire install is the directions - they're terrible, and can lead anyone to ignore their better judgement and install improperly. For example: the 4 supplied mounting screws in the very first step are NOT self-tapping. Attempting to screw this soft metal into solid wood without a pilot hole will result in stripped screws, so have a drill bit on hand a size smaller than the core of the screws provided - in other words, DRILL PILOT HOLES! The alternative method for mounting this item is far less stable. Several illustrations are misleading, and the syntax of printed instructions can also be a bit confusing. At one point, the instructions direct the installer to loosen screws on the motor... which means loosen screws in the mounting stem to accept the down pipe, DO NOT LOOSEN THE MOTOR SCREWS! When finally placing the built fan assembly, the instructions correctly hint at lining up a groove to lock into place, but the illustration shows a completely wrong orientation! My fan blades didn't need any balancing, but I took great care to space the blades appropriately in the initial blade-mounting step. There was no way the included balancing kit was going to work for this style fan blade, but gosh these blades are pretty! Assembling the down pipe and associated coverings could've been confusing if not for common sense. At initial POWER-ON, the fan doesn't spin, which is brilliant for safety. The light will turn on and a *BEEP* can be heard to let you know everything is awesome. For the money, this is the nicest fan I could get ahold of. I highly recommend it.

Easy to install, whisper quiet, great remote with several handy options of light and fan speed settings. It is reversible with the remote! It is so handsome/beautiful in my wood panel room, due to quality. I love the colors and wood blades are 100% It works so well, even at a low speed, i get gentle cooling into adjoining rooms in my old home! The customer service is outstanding. I am buying another one to replace an old fan in my bedroom, can't wait for this amazing upgrade and features. 5+ stars. Total value for the money. Linda

Product description days dimmable light between 25% to 100%. All it offers is 3 different light settings (warm glow, medium white light and super harsh bright light). Took me a while to figure out how to maintain the desired light settings for each time I use the fan (rather than having to scroll through the 3 options). You have to keep the desired light on for more that 7 seconds and when you turn off the light, you have to keep it off for more than 7 seconds. If you do this, the light will stay at the desired level when you next turn it on. Outside of this, fan was super easy to install. No wobble. Looks slick. And offers all functionality through a remote control which is by beside stand. Highly recommend, if you don't have a problem with only having 3 lighting options.

Beautiful quite and came with remote!

I have purchased these for several properties both indoor and outdoor usage as I find them to be the quietest fans with the least susceptibilities to wobble. Installation and assembly are also easy. The airflow and lighting hue and brightness are excellent and fully customizable

I was excited for my new fan as I wanted to enjoy it after the gym. Installed it everything went well in that sense had it up 40 min. I go to turn it on and I noticed it wobbled at low speed. Put it on high and it wobbles so much you have to turn it off right away. The balancing kit it comes with is useless as the blades are very thick for the clip. It broke the moment I put it on. I tried many pro tricks like loosing the blades so they settled with centrifugal force nothing. I will go to Home Depot and get a balancing kit if that does not work I am returning it. I would NOT recommend you this fan specially if your new at do it your self. Such a shame it’s a nice looking fan.

This is a beautiful fan and it came packaged very well. It was put together quickly and put up fairly easy. It works as it should - but not as effective as expected. Really like all the features and it is very quiet. The problem is it does not move the air as much as we would like. If you have an 8ft ceiling .... maybe a 9 ft, it might move the air enough. If you have anything taller, even in a small room, you are not going to feel the air movement much. Remote control function is great so guests can be in bed and turn features on and off. Overall, good fan for a lower ceiling.

I really like this fan. I ordered two for my upstairs bedrooms that were angled, thus needing this type of fan. They not only look great but also function well.

Beautiful fan, easy to install, but there is no support wire but not really needed. The wood slats are very nice. Only issues are that the stated 48" fan is actually 42" and I did not want 42". It's small for what I wanted. I am not going to bother to take the fan down, I will just have to live with it, knowing I could have gone bigger for the space. The other issue is that the max fan speed of 6 on the remote does not seem fast enough. I wish it was faster. Super quiet though.

The product itself is good. I like the light and speed settings. Installation was good. Dealing with the sellers was uncool.
