They are very small and therefore easy to swallow and there is no after taste whatsoever.Well worth a 5 star rating

Don't believe that it is oliver oil it takes more like seed oil

Hard to review these without being able to provide any empirical data.Switched from usual brand while trying these and not had any notable negative affects.Decent capsule to swallow.Comparable price for quantity compared to competition.

These are easy to swallow, small, pills. They leave no bad after-taste like many other vitamins do. They seem to have worked and they got my mood back on track. The vitamin D is important for feeling good as it helps produce Serotonin and Melatonin. I recommend them to all.
